This retail area is developed as part of the 'Porta Moda' development. Various cues are taken from traditional Tunisian architecture, both on the smaller scale retail, as well as the larger mall development. This type of development is typical of Vertex Production's offering - sensitive to the context, as well as drawing cues from it to create world-class developments. Other program like Culinary schools also enliven this high-end retail district.
