Vertex Productions worked with The Pacific Battleship Center to bring this magnificent ship to the Los Angeles area. Vertex's team of designers, writers and technicians worked with the client to develop the overall masterplan of exhibits and attractions for each area of the ship.

An Experience Like No Other
When the Iowa was launched into service in WWII, there had never been another ship quite like her. Her power and speed made her the envy of the seas. Now in her final home, the experiences being designed and implemented by Vertex Productions will bring to life the stories of courage. Visitors will literally meet the crew members who manned this ship as it defended our country for almost 50 years.
The Mission Continues
Vertex Productions is continuing to work on the Iowa as more and more sections of the ship will open to the public. Future exhibits will focus on interactive activities for kids to do so they get a real idea of what life on this great ship must have been like. Graphic displays, media presentations, immersive experiences and hands-on interactives will allow visitors of all ages to feel the history on-board.
